• The user can always give or refuse consent to the storing of cookies by setting their web browser to allow or block cookies.
• If consent is given (cookies are allowed), the following may be stored on the user’s electronic device:
a) temporary (session) cookies, which are deleted automatically when the user closes the web browser,

The user’s consent lasts for as long as the user’s browser settings are kept, for a maximum of 2 years from the last time consent was given. The user’s consent expires when the user changes the browser settings or blocks the use of cookies.
• The controller is not responsible for cookies stored on third-party websites or for the use by third parties of cookies stored on the user’s device.

6. Information on the rights of the data subject
The user’s rights in relation to the protection of personal data are governed in particular by Articles 12 to 22 GDPR, as amended. As a user, you have in particular the right, on the basis of a request sent by e-mail to the controller at chirana@chirana-progress.sk, to request:

2. if the processing of personal data is not based on your consent, to object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation or if you suspect that the data are being processed unlawfully. You also have the right to lodge a complaint or a request for an investigation of the processing of your personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, as the supervisory authority for the Slovak Republic.
